Wir freuen uns wahnsinnig, euch dieses schöne Style C Bluegrass Banjo anbieten zu können! Es stammt aus Baldwins kurzzeitiger Produktion in Arkansas, also der Zeit, bevor der Baldwinschriftzug vom Headstock verbannt wurde. Die Seriennummer 2987-CSR ist auf der Innenseite des Kessels gestempelt.
Neben den schönen und hochwertigen Komponenten wie dem Walnus-Hals und -Resonator, dem schweren Flansch und Bronze-Tonring, macht die tolle Farbe der Kopfplatte dieses ODE Banjo zu einem individuellen Schmuckstück. Diese helle Maserung des Ebenholzes ist selten zu finden!

Das Instrument spielt und klingt wie es soll, eben nach crispy Bluegrass. Die Bünde sind in den unteren Lagen gebraucht, aber noch voll spielbar und müssen nicht erneuert werden. Es gibt kleinere Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren wie Kratzer und Bestoßungen. Auch das gebrauchte Five-Star-Fell lässt Spielspuren der Vorbesitzer erkennen. Die Hardware weist minimale Patina auf. Das Banjo kommt im originalen Koffer.

We’re absolutely thrilled to offer you this beautiful Style C Bluegrass banjo! It comes from Baldwin’s brief production run in Arkansas—that is, from the time before the Baldwin logo was removed from the headstock. The serial number 2987-CSR is stamped on the inside of the body.
In addition to the beautiful, high-quality components—such as the walnut neck and resonator, the heavy flange, and the bronze tone ring—the stunning color of the headplate makes this ODE banjo a truly unique gem. This light grain in the ebony is a rare find!
Length 98 cm, scale length 69 cm, nut width 29 mm, head size 11″
The instrument plays and sounds just as it should—perfect for crisp bluegrass. The frets are worn in the lower registers but are still fully playable and do not need to be replaced. There are minor signs of age and wear, such as scratches and dents. The used Five-Star head also shows signs of wear from previous owners. The hardware has minimal patina. The banjo comes in its original case.
