Hier können wir euch wieder ein tolles Instrument aus der ehemaligen Sammlung Kaspar Herdes anbieten.
Dieses Paramount Style C Tenorbanjo aus dem Jahr 1923 hat die Seriennummer 2494 (gemarkt am Kessel, Dowelstick und Resonator!). Es ist die dunkel gefasste Mahagoni-Variante des begehrten Jazz-Klassikers, die hier mit einem irischen Setup in GDAE angeboten wird. Das Instrument ist spielbereit und kommt im originalen Koffer!
Länge 88cm, Mensur 58cm, Sattelbreite 29mm, Felldurchmesser 28,5cm
Der Hals ist gerade, die Saitenlage perfekt, der Klang typisch Paramount. Es gibt minimale ALters- und Gebrauchsspuren wie kleine Kratzer und Bereibungen, auf der Oberfläche des Resonators gibt es einige Kratzer im Klarlack, die man sicherlich auspolieren kann.

Here we are once again able to offer you a fantastic instrument from the former Kaspar Herde collection.
This 1923 Paramount Style C tenor banjo bears the serial number 2494 (stamped on the body, dowel stick, and resonator!). It is the dark-finished mahogany version of the coveted jazz classic, offered here with an Irish setup in GDAE. The instrument is ready to play and comes in its original case!
Length 88 cm, scale length 58 cm, nut width 29 mm, head diameter 28.5 cm
The neck is straight, the string action is perfect, and the sound is typical Paramount. There are minimal signs of age and wear, such as small scratches and scuffs; on the surface of the resonator, there are a few scratches in the clear coat that can certainly be polished out.
A great instrument for any jazz or trad session!
