Eines der besten Tubaphone Banjos, die wir bisher in unserem Shop hatten! Der Sound ist wirklich phänomenal, die Verarbeitung großartig und das an Vega angelehnte Design ist schön und elegant!
Das aus den 80er/90er Jahren stammende Instrument von Mark Platen kann sich wirklich sehen lassen: schöner Riegelahorn und gravierte Hardware, dazu Vega Style Halseinlagen aus Perlmut. Das Instrument wurde neu bundiert mit EVO gold frets, der Sattel wurde neu aus Knochen gemacht, Railroad Spikes sind von Bund 6 bis 14 installiert, die Saiten sind neu.
Länge 95cm, Mensur 66,5cm, Sattelbreite 31mm, Fellgröße 11″
Der Zustand des Instruments ist sehr gut, es sind keine Risse oder Restaurierungen erkennbar. Sehr geringe Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren sowie minimale Patina auf der Hardware.
Es macht echt Spaß, dieses Banjo zu spielen! Es kommt in einem schönen Tweet-Koffer.

One of the best Tubaphone banjos we’ve ever had in our shop! The sound is truly phenomenal, the craftsmanship is superb, and the Vega-inspired design is beautiful and elegant!
This Mark Platen instrument from the ’80s/’90s is truly impressive: beautiful curly maple and engraved hardware, plus Vega-style mother-of-pearl neck inlays. The instrument has been refretted with EVO gold frets, the nut has been replaced with a new bone one, railroad spikes are installed from the 6th to the 14th fret, and the strings are new.
Length 95 cm, scale length 66.5 cm, nut width 31 mm, head size 11″
The instrument is in very good condition; there are no visible cracks or restorations. Very slight signs of age and wear, as well as minimal patina on the hardware.
It’s really fun to play this banjo! It comes in a beautiful Tweet case.
