Interessante und seltene Mandoline von Weymann, USA, die Seriennummer ist 16148-35 (1915). Im Inneren und an der Unterseite des Wirbelkopfs ist das Instrument gelabelt.
L. 65,5cm Mensur 35cm, Sattelbreite 61mm
Die sogenannte Mandolute hat einen guten und sustainreichen Klang. Es gibt allerdings 2 alte rep. Trocknungsrisse auf der Decke. Der Hals ist minimal gebogen (siehe Foto). Zudem gibt es div. Kratzer und Bereibungen.
Das Instrument kommt ohne Tasche.

Interesting and rare mandolin by Weymann, USA, serial number is 16148-35 (1915). The instrument is labeled on the inside and on the underside of the peghead.
L. 65.5 cm Scale length 35 cm, nut width 61 mm
The so-called mandolute has a good sound with plenty of sustain. However, there are two old repaired drying cracks on the top. The neck is slightly bent (see photo). There are also various scratches and scuffs.
The instrument does not come with a bag.
